February 18th, 2007 - Mardi Gras Carnaval in Mazatlan.
This was the one of the two big parades. This one is along the malecon (the beach front road & walk). Most of the floats had live bands on board. There were large groups of dancers between the floats. Some of them were quite talented. Unfortunately it was too dark to get any good pictures of them.
